PRINCIPALS THOMAS E. KENNEDY, CPC President of Human Resource Consultants Inc. Prior to forming his own consulting firm, Mr. Kennedy was a Vice President of Human Resources for a major Chicago Corporation for over eight years. He has also been the Senior Human Resource Executive for a major Fortune 500 company which employed over 6,000 employees.

Mr. Kennedy has over 20 years of extensive Human Resource experience encompassing a variety of industries including both manufacturing and retail. He brings to his clients a broad range of experience in the area of human resource programs, including employee benefits, policies, compensation plans, executive recruitment, training, labor relations and outplacement. Mr. Kennedy has also conducted seminars for major Chicago corporations regarding employee benefit cost reduction programs. He is co-author of the published article "Hire the Best Employees with Attitude and Behavior Testing." Other articles published by Mr. Kennedy are "Reducing Workplace Stress," "What Makes a Model Boss?," and "Ready, Aim - Fire!"

He received his B.B.A. in Personnel Management from Loyola University. His post-graduate studies were conducted at Loyola University and he is a Certified Professional Consultant.
