many legitimate reasons for organizational downsizing do not alter the
traumatic experience of losing one's job. HRC Inc.'s outplacement program
will teach the participants the skills and techniques needed to conduct
a successful job search. The program helps each person identify facts
and fiction regarding the job market and reviews proven search methods.
Thomas E. Kennedy with his wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of Human
Resource experience will facilitate the direction of the group, moving
its members from anger and shock to a dedicated search effort, analyzing
each member's unique strengths and weaknesses. The program uses a mixture
of job search seminars, videos and lectures to help the participants become
more confident and successful in finding new employment.
